SUBMIT THE UTILIZATION CERTIFICATES OF CIVIL WORK GRANTS ISSUED BY DDEE HMR. BY 19-07-2016

In compliance to the orders released by Director Elementary Education Shimla , following schools under Education Block Bijhari are directed to submit the utilization certificates before 19-07-2016 (1:00 PM) in BRCC Office Bijhari:-

GPS Bairi U.C. of Rs. 315000 sanctioned for one room, GPS Janiahan U.C. of Rs. 315000 sanctioned for one room, GPS Biar UC of 279000 sanctioned for building repair works, GPS Baliah 3 Lacs for two rooms repair and playground work, GPS Karsai UC of Rs One Lac for repair of one room and veranda, GPS Ropa UC of Rs. 4 Lacs sanctioned for Repair of school Building, GPS Nalwar Bhater Rs. 1 lac for Retaining wall construction. In addition to these Primary Schools, Upper Primary Schools are also directed to submit the UCs as following: GMS Bhakreri U.C. of Rs. 315000 sanctioned for one room, GMS Chakmoh UC of Rs 375500 sanctioned for left out additional work, GMS Kiarabagh UC of Rs. 12400 sanctioned for repair works.

Please comply within three days without any further delay. The delay will lead this office to report same to Higher authorities for further action. Please convey information to all.
